the brake issue is fixed but I still feel there is a problem with the battery

I like a dealership that you can drive up and they take care of you anytime for oil change.

Seems like the service charges were higher since it was sold to Weavers.

Everyone (Steve, Jason, Shane, Craig, Sean, Chuck) I engaged with was very pleasant, knowedgeable and professional. Steve was very committed to making us (my husband and me) comfortable and answered every question. His follow ups have been much appreciated.

State inspection. Nothing needed.

Service was quick and covered necessary elements. Price was outrageous as it went up $20 since my last oil change.

I took my truck in for a state inspection with a 9 o'clock appointment and was sent a text by Tim that I could text him with any questions I had. I checked on the link he sent to see if it was done around 1130 and it said they where doing the final touches at 155 it still said it was in the final touches and I sent a text to se if it was done and I am still waiting for a reply. I did go and picked it up around 345. Pretty poor follow thur on your companies part. When it was Walker Brothers I never had this problem. I am glad I did not need the truck back sooner. I guess I just going to find another dealer to buy from and get service from. I did my cars from Walkers in the past. So sad sad you can't get good customer service and more. You may want to change your adds that say you get the same service as you got from Walkers

Great as usual

Tim and the team had me in and out for my oil change and tire rotation. Went over to Charlie’s for lunch and vehicle was done when I got back.

I was never called when my car was done and got attitude from the service desk lady because I arrived to pick up my car without being called. My car was there all day just for an inspection and it was close to closing time, no call. The lady at the service desk needs to work on her people skills and cut her attitude.

this was our first purchase at Rick Weaver. Wile we had some challenges during the negotiation, in the end, the dealership and Steve did a great job and we will be back.

We came to the dealer for a first come first serve oil change. The work was completed satisfactorily withing 30 minutes.

Great sales staff and customer service

Dropped truck off for oil change and tire rotation without appointment. The service was completed in a timely fashion. The tire pressure re calibration did not take or forgot to do. Things happen so no big deal. I returned in a couple days and they took care of issue within minutes of walking in the door. I am very satisfied with my experience.

From the beginning stages with Craig and Steve, the process was very smooth. And, at the end Cybill in finance was great to work with. I was always kept in the loop and I couldn't be happier with the total experience. Top notch all around.

Service was good, Your email system and text messaging needs work. I received an email saying my appointment was scheduled for 7;30 am so I dropped my truck off the day before. I texted the next day with the text they sent but never received an answer. Came to check on truck at 2 and still was not done. I found out service doesn't even start until 830. This system is very disappointing! If you are not going to use it correctly then discontinue it. The service team did a great job, just the online email and text part Stink!

All I remember is,signing my name about 30 times with all the paperwork. We were unable to get navigation set up..everything was so slow.

I truly did NOT come in to do anything other than look at an EV. Weaver Chevrolet was my first and last stop. I appreciated the friendliness of all staff, especially my salesman, Brody. In my opinion, the Equinox sells itself, Brody only had to act as a guide. GM has done an amazing job engineering and assembling EVs that are affordable. Imagine how they will improve as EV motor and battery technologies evolve!

My wife took it but she had no complaints other than Subaru has way better drinks and snacks.

I have never had an easier time buying a new car! Wendy was on top of everything.
